Human Mononuclear Cells (MNC)

CORD BLOOD

Mononuclear Cells include all blood cells with a single nucleus, such as mature cells like lymphocytes, monocytes and stem cells. They may either come from adult peripheral blood (PBMC), or from cord blood (MNC). They are useful in fields such as immunology, cancerology or pharmacology.

Product description

Abcell-bio offers mononuclear cells (MNC) isolated from human umbilical cord blood using the Ficoll-Hypaque method.

Our mononuclear cells are derived from a single, healthy donor.

Quality control

Multiple quality controls are performed, certifying their virologic conformity and viability. Once isolated, the cells are frozen in the CryoStor® CS10 freezing medium. Virologic (HIV1/2, HBV, HCV) and mycoplasma detection tests are performed on all batches. A full certificate of analysis is provided for each batch of MNC cells ordered.
