Abcell-bio is a privately-owned biotechnology company located within the Genopole Biocluster in Evry Courcouronnes and specializing in the isolation of human hematopoietic stem cells and primary cells from cord blood and tissue.

Abcell-bio is located within the Genopole Campus 1 at 5 Rue Henri Auguste Desbruères, 91000 Evry-Courcouronnes, France and is duly represented by its President, Stefan Bødtker Michelsen.

For the purpose of data protection legislation in force, Abcell-bio is acting as the controller of the Personal Data according to the GDPR.

VIII. RESPONSIBILITY AND GUARANTEES RELATING TO ABCELL’S WEBSITE ACCESS

Abcell-bio takes appropriate measures to maintain the continuity and quality of its website.

Abcell-bio shall not be held responsible for disruptions on the Internet due to force majeure within the definition of the French Court of Cassation’s jurisprudence or as a result of Abcell-bio’s programmed Service Maintenance Operations.
